Position: Quantity Surveyor – Estimation
Location: Sharjah Office
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to join our Estimation Team at our Sharjah office. The ideal candidates should have 2–5 years of experience working in construction contracting companies and hold a degree in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for Estimation.
-Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
-Assist in compiling tender documents and bids.
-Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
-Support senior estimators with cost planning and budgeting.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
-2–5 years' experience in construction contracting
-Strong knowledge of construction methods.
-Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD. Knowledge in Planswift software preferred.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills

We’re Hiring: BIM Engineer
📍
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Position Overview.
We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler with an engineering background to join our project team in Riyadh. The role will primarily involve modeling ELV technologies, coordinating with architects and project stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and industry standards. Arabic language proficiency and local availability in Riyadh are strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities.
1.      Develop, manage, and update accurate BIM models specifically for ELV components and technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, structured cabling, etc.).
2.      Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to integrate systems within architectural and MEP models.
3.      Attend and actively participate in project coordination meetings to resolve technical issues and design conflicts.
4.      Ensure that models adhere to local and international standards and guidelines.
5.      Manage model versioning, updates.
6.      Support project planning by providing 3D visualization and reports to stakeholders.
7.      Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure accurate translation of design intent into the BIM environment.
8.      Assist in developing and maintaining project BIM execution plans (BEP) and modeling standards.
9.      Monitor progress and ensure modeling deliverables are completed according to the project timeline.
10.  Provide technical support and mentorship to junior modelers if required.

Requirements.
1.      Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
2.      6-7 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler, particularly with ELV systems.
3.      Strong knowledge of BIM software.
4.      Familiarity with relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS 1192) and local KSA regulations.
5.      Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
6.      Arabic speaking is highly preferred; English proficiency is required.
7.      Immediate or near-term availability in Riyadh is a plus.
8.      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skill set.
1.      Hands-on experience with ELV system shop drawings and as-built documentation.
2.      Experience working on major infrastructure, commercial, or government projects in Saudi Arabia.
