استقبل السيد رئيس مجلس الخدمة العامة الاتحادي، الأستاذ محمود التميمي، اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 18 ايلول 2024، عددًا من ممثلي أطباء الأسنان.
شهد اللقاء مناقشة آخر مستجدات ملف تعيين الفئات المعنية، حيث أكد التميمي إلزام مجلس الخدمة بتوصيات مجلس الوزراء في تعيين ذوي المهن الصحية والطبية. وأشار إلى أهمية استغلال حركة الملاك في وزارة الصحة لاستيعاب أكبر عدد ممكن من الخريجين، بالإضافة إلى منحهم التدرج الوظيفي الذي يتماشى مع زملائهم المتعينين.
يذكر أن المجلس يعمل بكل جهده لإنصاف شرائح الخريجين وتعيينهم وفق آلية تتمثل بالنزاهة والشفافية.

Representatives of Dentists Hosted by the Federal Public Service Council
On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, the Chairman of the Federal Public Service Council, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, received several representatives of dentists.
The meeting focused on discussing the latest developments regarding the appointment of the concerned categories. Al-Tamimi emphasized the council's commitment to the recommendations of the Council of Ministers regarding the appointment of healthcare professionals. He also highlighted the importance of utilizing staffing movements within the Ministry of Health to absorb as many graduates as possible, while ensuring they are granted career progression similar to their appointed colleagues.
It is noteworthy that the council is making every effort to ensure fairness and transparency in appointing graduates in line with an equitable and transparent mechanism.

يود المجلس الاشارة الى ماتناقلته بعض ( الگروبات ) من كلام غير دقيق تماماً ، ويخلو من الحقيقة ، ومضمونه ( المتحدث بإسم مجلس الخدمة يقول " وزارة الصحة هي التي عرقلت تعيين جميع الخريجين وفضلت أقسام معينة على أقسام اخرى !" .
وفي هذا الصدد ، مجلس الخدمة ينفي هذا التصريح بشكل قاطع ، ويؤكد عدم مصداقيته ، ويؤكد على متابعة الحديث من مصادرها الرسمية دون أعتماد وسائل التواصل الاخرى .

مجلس الخدمة العامة الإتحادي أعلن في أكثر من بيان وتوضيح ، بأنه مُلتزم بتلبية الاحتياجات التي وُردت اليه من دوائر ومؤسسات الجهاز الاداري في قطاعات الدولة المختلفة .
وعلى هذا الأساس ، المجلس تلقى احتياجات من الاختصاصات ( التربوية ) من قبل دواوين ومجالس المحافظات المُختلفة لهذه الاختصاصات ، وتم تلبيتها جميعاً بهذه الاختصاصات من المشمولين بقانوني ( ٥٩) و (٦٧ ) من الاوائل وحملة الشهادات العُليا .
وبعد ورود مناشدات عديدة من الفئات المُشار اليها آنفاً ، لغرض تحويلهم الى وزارة التربية ، يود المجلس الاشارة الى اتخاذه قراراً مهماً اليوم الثلاثاء ٢٠٢٤/٩/١٧ في جلسته الطارئة ؛
١- مُباشرة الفئات المذكورة آنفاً في دواوين المحافظات ، وتأشير مُباشرتهم بشكل فعلي .
٢- بعد ذلك ، يُمكن لديوان المحافظة من تحويلهم الى وزارة التربية طبقاً للحاجة من عدمها في دواوين المحافظات .
يدعو المجلس المعنيين الى ضرورة الالتزام بما ذُكر ، مع تمنياته للجميع بالتوفيق والسَّداد .

The Federal Public Service Council has reiterated in several statements that it remains committed to addressing the needs conveyed by various departments and institutions within the state's administrative apparatus across different sectors.
Based on this commitment, the council has received and fulfilled the staffing needs in the educational sector as requested by the governorates and provincial councils. All requests were met by appointing those eligible under Law 59 and Law 67, including top graduates and holders of higher degrees.
In response to numerous appeals from these groups to be transferred to the Ministry of Education, the council wishes to clarify that an important decision was made during its emergency session on Tuesday, September 17, 2024:
1. The aforementioned groups will begin work in the governorates' offices, and their appointments will be formally recorded.
2. After that, the governorate offices may transfer them to the Ministry of Education, depending on the specific needs of the provincial offices.
The council urges all concerned parties to adhere to this directive and wishes everyone success and prosperity.

المجلس يؤكد في جلسته على التزامه بالايفاء بواجباته
مجلس الخدمة ماض ٍ في استكمال مرحلة التوظيف الثانية
عقدَ مجلس الخدمة العامة الإتحادي جلستهِ الأعتيادية (٢٧) ، صباح اليوم الثلاثاء ، ٢٠٢٤/٩/١٧ ، وجرى فيها مناقشة جدول الاعمال المطروحة عليه .
رئيس المجلس ، الأستاذ محمود التميمي ،،أكدَ على التزام المجلس بما كُلفَ به من مهام دستورية ، مُشيراً في الوقت ذاته الى ضرورات متابعة نشاطات وعمل المجلس من خلال مواقعه الرسمية حصراً .
الجلسة شهدت أيضا النظر في عديد الاستفسارات التي وردت الى المجلس والأجابة عليها بما يتفق مع اللوائح والقوانين النافذة .

The Federal Public Service Council continues to move forward with the second phase of recruitment.
The Federal Public Service Council held its 27th regular session today, Tuesday, September 17, 2024, where the council discussed the agenda presented.
The Chairman of the Council, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, emphasized the council’s commitment to its constitutional duties and stressed the importance of following the council's activities and announcements through its official platforms only.
The session also included a review of numerous inquiries received by the council, with responses provided in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
